Refund policy

At ALT Jewellery we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you need to make a return we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and include the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned -such as special custom orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
